I am an Experience Designer working across UX Design, user research and Service Design. Since 2016, I have mostly worked for large organisations: financial messaging (Swift), energy (Elia), telecommunications (Proximus). From my experience in UX, I work every day to improve interfaces and optimise the user experience.

Depending on the assignment, I work as a UX Designer, UX Researcher or Service Designer. The method stays the same: I start with research, with users and business teams, before designing a solution.

At Swift, I redesigned how interbank disputes are opened and tracked (Case Management) and reworked the Design System's colour foundation within the UX Community of Excellence. At Elia, I spent four and a half years on the experience of EPIC, the portal for industrial clients connected to the high-voltage grid, including TotalEnergies, BASF and ArcelorMittal. At Proximus, I redesigned the Bizz Online page based on twenty-five interviews with self- employed people: +38% conversion.

I check accessibility (WCAG 2.2) during design, not at the end of the project. Based in Braine-le-Comte, I work in Brussels, Hainaut and Namur, on-site or remotely.
